Clara Møhl Schack Clayton is an international HR leader specializing in personal and professional growth in leaders and organizational change through her experience within talent management and HR partnering. 

She graduated with a Master in psychology in 2011 and commenced her career in various global HR roles within the Mærsk group of companies based in Copenhagen. Between 2015-2019 Clara worked in the UK where she was responsible for establishing a strategic HR function for one of the Maersk companies European base and later responsible for the design and execution of establishing an IT organisation for one of the brands leveraging people and technology for a more integrated and efficient setup. Clara is furthermore a certified Hogan coach and has completed executive education as Said business school. 

Since 2020 Clara as been back in Copenhagen as a senior HRBP at Maersk drilling. Clara is married to Byron and together they have two young boys Erik and Paul.
