Tanu has extensive international experience, working with leaders and teams on their People Strategy. She currently works for Google within their Professional Services team as the regional practice lead for Digital and Culture Transformation. In this role she works with Google clients to redefine their people, culture and change in their journey to the cloud.

She has over 14 years of experience working in Strategy Consulting and Banking prior to joining Google. She is passionate about how technology, combined with insights from neuroscience and psychology can bring about behavioural change in individuals and teams.
